  • Charters spanning several days

All offerings are based on current availability and weather permitting. We maintain the right to adjust or cease offerings at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When reserving a charter, you are required to:

  • Confirm that you are 18 years old or more
  • Provide complete and accurate information
  • Submit the necessary deposit as noted in your reservation confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Booking confirmation is subject to successful payment processing and our approval in writing. We have the authority to decline services to anyone at our sole judgment.

3.3 Availability

Charter services are contingent upon boat availability and favorable weather conditions. We will endeavor to fulfill your preferred dates and timing requests.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All fees are quoted in € and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Fees are adjustable and may be changed without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial deposit: 50% of the entire cost of the charter, payable at the time of reservation
  • Final payment: Due 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
  • Any extra costs (if applicable): Payable at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified bank cheques. Our payment processing utilizes secure, encrypted technology.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Complete reimbursement minus processing fees
  • 24-72 hours before departure: 50% reimbursement
  • Under 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement available

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In case the captain deems weather conditions unsafe, we propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter at no extra cost
  • Give a complete refund if rescheduling isn’t possible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there is a mechanical failure with your scheduled vessel, we'll try to organize a comparable replacement. If this is not achievable, you will receive a full reimbursement.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Adhere to all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize provided safety gear when necessary
  • Inform us of any medical conditions that may impact their safety
  • Stay within permitted zones on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed onboard:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Excessive quantities of beverages beyond a moderate quantity for personal enjoyment
  • Pets (except if given prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave considerately. We may end a charter prematurely without issuing a refund if the behavior of any passenger endangers safety or affects the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our accountability is confined to the cost you have paid for the charter. We are not responsible for:

  • Personal harm caused by passenger carelessness
  • Damage or loss of personal belongings
  • Indirect or punitive damages, or consequential loss
  • Delays due to weather or situations outside of our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive marine insurance is maintained for our boats and operations. Passengers must arrange their own travel and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By engaging in our charter services, you recognize that there are innate risks associated with boating and you accept responsibility for your safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to alter routes, itineraries, or timetables depending on safety considerations, weather conditions, or operational necessities. Should adjustments be necessary, we will strive to provide similar alternative arrangements.

9. Force Majeure

Our company will not be accountable for any delay, modification, or cancellation brought about by events beyond our governance, which could include:

  • Severe meteorological conditions
  • Disasters of nature
  • Statutory rules and restrictions
  • Shutdown of ports
  • Technical breakdowns
