What does a standard yacht charter come with?
Every charter comes with a skilled crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and basic drinks. Depending on the type of service, inclusions may vary—for instance, sunset trips provide premium refreshments and hors d'oeuvres, while business charters offer equipment for conferences and corporate catering options.
When should I make my booking?
To secure your booking, we suggest arranging it at least 2–3 weeks before your intended trip, particularly if you plan to travel in the high season (May–September). For business gatherings and private events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance is advised to ensure availability and allow for tailored arrangements.
What actions are taken for unsuitable weather conditions?
Our paramount concern is safety. Should the captain judge the weather to be unsafe, we will propose an alternative charter date or process a complete refund. Our team keeps a close watch on weather forecasts and will get in touch with you if the forecast is uncertain, ideally 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, guests are free to bring their preferred refreshments and food items. We also provide exceptional catering services that can be tailored to your tastes. For the safety of everyone on board, glass containers are strictly prohibited.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility issues?
Our aim is to be as inclusive as possible. While some yachts are more suitable for those with mobility concerns, please reach out to us with any specific requirements you may have at the time of booking. We'll suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary preparations to accommodate your needs.
Could you outline your cancellation policy?
If a trip is canceled more than 72 hours prior to departure, a full refund is issued. Cancellations occurring between 24 to 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the set departure time, no refund is provided, except in cases of adverse weather conditions or mechanical problems on our end.
